Conduit Payment definition

Conduit Payment means the monthly post-petition payments the debtor is obligated to make to the Conduit Creditor under the terms of the note or contract, which will be disbursed by the Trustee.
Conduit Payment means the monthly post-petition contractual payment on any allowed secured claim that will be disbursed by the Trustee.

  • Debit Payment means a particular transaction where a debit is made.

  • Conduit Purchaser means each commercial paper conduit that is or becomes a party to this Agreement in the capacity of a “Conduit Purchaser”.

  • Conduit Credit Enhancer shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 14(d).

  • Master Servicer Prepayment Charge Payment Amount The amounts payable by the Master Servicer pursuant to Section 2.03(b) in respect of any waived (or, with respect to subsequent changes of law, any unenforceable) Prepayment Charges.
