Conducting Person(s) definition
Conducting Person(s) means the conducting persons of the Company appointed pursuant to Article 27 of the 2010 Law.
Conducting Person(s) means those persons who, under the law or the instruments of incorporation, represent the depositary, or who effectively determine the policy of the depositary.
