Condominium Plats definition

Condominium Plats means “Plat of Condominium Subdivision for ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Forge Condominiums, Phase I” recorded among the Land Records at Book No. SM 31, Pages 180-185.
Condominium Plats means the plat(s) to be prepared and recorded in accordance with Sections 5 and 6 of the Condominium Act, 765 ILCS 605/5 and 765 ILCS 605/6 with respect to the formation of the Condominium Development(s), setting forth the boundaries, dimensions, unit numbers and such other information as may be required under the Condominium Act, as the same may be amended from time to time in accordance with the Condominium Act and this Agreement.

  • Condominium Plats shall comply only with those subparagraphs in this Section in which condominium plats are specifically cited.
