Condominium Facilities definition

Condominium Facilities has the meaning set forth in Section 5.15(e).

Examples of Condominium Facilities in a sentence

  • If Landlord elects to not so have all or any portion of the NBC Systems and Special NBC/Designee Property transferred to Landlord, with respect to the portion not so transferred, Tenant shall be responsible for any removal and/or restoration obligations under the Condominium Documents with respect to such non-transferred portions of the Special Condominium Facilities.

  • Tenant shall have the option to transfer the NBC Systems and all other Special Condominium Facilities in connection with a permitted Transfer in accordance with Article 7 and otherwise in accordance with the Condominium Documents, and subject to the provisions of this Article 12.

  • Finally, to the extent the use or operation of any of the Food Facilities (as they are currently being used) requires the of any of the Special Condominium Facilities or other facilities under the control of Tenant, Tenant shall permit Landlord to use, maintain, repair and replace same subsequent to the Surrender Date.

Related to Condominium Facilities

  • Condominium project Real estate including the separate ownership in fee, or on a satisfactory leasehold estate, of a particular residential unit with an indivisible interest in the real estate designated for common ownership strictly by unit owners.

  • Condominium Property means the lands, leaseholds, and personal property that are subjected to condominium ownership, whether or not contiguous, and all improvements thereon and all easements and rights appurtenant thereto intended for use in connection with the condominium.

  • Condominium Plan means a plan described in Section 4285.

  • Condominium unit A Single Family Property within a Condominium Project.

  • Condominium means a common interest community in which portions of the real estate are designated for separate ownership and the remainder of the real estate is designated for common ownership solely by the owners of those portions. A common interest community is not a condominium unless the undivided interests in the common elements are vested in the unit owners.
