Landlord represents and warrants to Tenant that, as of the Execution Date, there are no Superior Leases, Mortgages or Condominium Declarations (as hereinafter defined) affecting the Premises.

In addition to the foregoing, if the Property and Liability coverages do not otherwise apply, Borrower shall purchase and maintain (or cause to be purchased and maintained) such insurance coverage as required by all other applicable Condominium Declarations for the Property.
