Condominium Declarations definition

Condominium Declarations means the Puerto Vallarta Condominium Declaration and the Cancun Condominium Declaration.
Condominium Declarations means the Declaration of Condominium Ownership and of Easements, Restrictions, Covenants and By-Laws for the Arches Condominium E-1 Association, including the Bylaws and Rules and Regulations attached as exhibits thereto.
Condominium Declarations means that certain (i) Declaration of Condominium of MADISON AT PARK WEST, a Condominium, and any amendments thereto, as recorded in the Public Records of Charleston County, South Carolina, as amended from time to time, and other documents furnished pursuant to South Carolina condominium statutes, (ii) Declaration of Condominium of THE QUARTER AT YBOR CITY, a Condominium, and any amendments thereto, as recorded in the public records of Hillsborough County, Florida, as amended from time to time, and other documents furnished pursuant to Florida condominium statutes and (iii) Declaration of Condominium of VIA LUGANO, a Condominium, and any amendments thereto, as recorded in the Public Records of Palm Beach County, Florida, as amended from time to time, and other documents furnished pursuant to the Florida condominium statutes.

  • Condominium Declaration means the Declaration of Condominium for NetApp RTP Phase I Condominium recorded in Book 012647, Page 01310, Wake County, North Carolina Registry.

  • Condominium Documents means the master deed, recorded pursuant to this act, and any other instrument referred to in the master deed or bylaws which affects the rights and obligations of a co-owner in the condominium.

  • Condominium Project Real estate including the separate ownership in fee, or on a satisfactory leasehold estate, of a particular residential unit with an indivisible interest in the real estate designated for common ownership strictly by unit owners.

  • Condominium Plan means a plan described in Section 4285.

  • Master Declaration means a written instrument, however named, (i) recorded on or after June 1, 1994, and (ii) complying with section 515B.2-121, subsection (e).

  • Condominium means a common interest community in which portions of the real estate are designated for separate ownership and the remainder of the real estate is designated for common ownership solely by the owners of those portions. A common interest community is not a condominium unless the undivided interests in the common elements are vested in the unit owners.

  • Condominium Property means the lands, leaseholds, and personal property that are subjected to condominium ownership, whether or not contiguous, and all improvements thereon and all easements and rights appurtenant thereto intended for use in connection with the condominium.

  • Condominium unit A Single Family Property within a Condominium Project.

  • Condominium Act means Article 9-B of the Real Property Law of the State of New York or any statute enacted in lieu thereof.

  • Leasehold condominium means a condominium in which all or a portion of the real estate is subject to a lease the expiration or termination of which will terminate the condominium or reduce its size.

  • apartment building means a residential use building, or the residential use portion of a mixed-use building, other than a townhouse or stacked townhouse containing four or more dwelling units each of which shall have access to above grade common halls, stairs, elevators, and yards;

  • Utility easement means a right held by a facility operator to install, maintain, and access an underground facility or pipeline.

  • Condominium Corporation means a condominium or strata corporation established under provincial legislation.

  • Relevant Declaration means the declaration relevant to the Shareholder as set out in Schedule 2B of the Taxes Act.

  • Supplemental Declaration means any Declaration amending or supplementing this Declaration, which is adopted in accordance with Section 8.

  • Project Land means any parcel or parcels of land on which the project is developed and constructed by a promoter;

  • REA means any construction, operation and reciprocal easement agreement or similar agreement (including any separate agreement or other agreement between Borrower and one or more other parties to an REA with respect to such REA) affecting the Property or portion thereof.

  • Building Common Areas means with respect to the Tower, the areas, facilities and amenities specified in Schedule [E] which are to be used and enjoyed in common with all the other Apartment Acquirers of the Units in the Building; and

  • Interior lot means a lot other than a corner lot.

  • CC&Rs means any covenants, conditions, restrictions, maintenance agreements or reciprocal easement agreements affecting the Project or the Mortgaged Property.

  • Declarations Page means the Declarations Page applicable to this Form.

  • Easements has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.3.

  • Project means the goods or Services described in the Signature Document or a Work Order of this Contract.
