Condominium Area definition

Condominium Area means (i) the area located above the ceiling of the Parking Structure, which is controlled by Hayden Condo, including without limitation the common area of the condominium and each condominium unit; (ii) the footings, foundations and structural walls of the Parking Structure; (iii) all stairways and elevators leading to the area above the ceiling of the Parking Structure; (iv) interior areas of all trash collection areas located in the Parking Structure that are for the exclusive use of Hayden Condo; and (iv) all water, sewer, electrical and other pipes, conduits and appurtenances located below the ceiling of the Parking Structure that provide service exclusively to the common area of the condominium or any condominium unit.

  • The Manager and the Owners (other than Hayden Condo) shall not in any event be obligated to make any repairs or reconstruction to any improvements located within the Condominium Area.
