Condo CCR’s definition
Condo CCR’s means a restrictive covenant, in the form attached as Exhibit F, prohibiting the conversion of the Property to a condominium, cooperative or similar form of ownership for a period ending on March 18, 2022.
Examples of Condo CCR’s in a sentence
Seller, at its option, may record the Condo CCR’s at any time up to Close of Escrow.
If recorded, the Condo CCR’s will become a Permitted Exception against title to the Property and Buyer will be obligated to accept the Property subject to the Condo CCR’s.
