Conditioned means cleaned, or cleaned and blended, to meet the requirements of agricultural seed for the purpose of being planted or seeded.
Conditioned. (except in the case of a 2008 Note represented by one or more Global Notes) upon delivery of such 2008 Note (together with necessary endorsements) to the Paying Agent at its office in Chicago, Illinois, or any other office of the Paying Agent maintained for such purpose, at any time (whether prior to, on or after the Purchase Date) after the delivery of such Change in Control Purchase Notice.
