Cirus Debt to Related Parties definition

Cirus Debt to Related Parties means the debts owed by Cirus and its subsidiaries to any affiliate, director or officer of Cirus as described in Schedule "E" hereto;

Related to Cirus Debt to Related Parties

  • Parent Related Parties means each of Parent, Merger Sub, any of their respective former, current or future equityholders, controlling Persons, limited or general partners, managers, members, Affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, attorneys, stockholders, assignees or Representatives.

  • Company Related Parties means, collectively, (i) the Company and its Subsidiaries; and (ii) the former, current and future holders of any equity, controlling persons, Representatives, Affiliates, members, managers, general or limited partners, stockholders and assignees of each of the Company, its Subsidiaries and each of their respective Affiliates.

  • Parent Related Party means Parent, Merger Sub, or any of their respective former, current and future general or limited partners, shareholders, managers, members, agents, directors, officers, employees or Affiliates (excluding any Company Related Party).

  • Agent-Related Persons means Agent, together with its Affiliates, officers, directors, employees, attorneys, and agents.

  • Purchaser Related Parties has the meaning specified in Section 6.1.
