Conditionally Approved Eligible Property definition

Conditionally Approved Eligible Property has the meaning given that term in Section 4.1.(d).

Examples of Conditionally Approved Eligible Property in a sentence

  • It is anticipated that, subject to approval of each such Conditionally Approved Eligible Property as a Borrowing Base Property, such Conditionally Approved Eligible Properties will be added to the Borrowing Base on or about the dates specified on Schedule 4.1.(d) (the "Anticipated Delivery Date").
