Conditionally Accept definition
Conditionally Accept or “Conditional Acceptance” means a written notice from DSHS to Vendor that a Deliverable has failed to meet DSHS’s reasonable requirements, but that DSHS will nonetheless implement and/or use such Deliverable as set forth in Section 7. Such Conditional Acceptance may be in electronic form.
