Conditional Share definition

Conditional Share means a conditional right to a WBC Share Granted to an Employee and if Accepted by that Employee, will Vest subject to the fulfilment of the Vesting Conditions;
Conditional Share means a share of the Common Stock of the Company, such share becoming the sole property of a Participant upon the fulfillment of performance and/or tenure requirements as set forth by the Committee pursuant to Section 7 of the Plan.
Conditional Share means a conditional right on the part of a Participant to acquire a Share, the Vesting of which is subject to the fulfilment of the Employment Condition and the Performance Condition (if applicable) as specified in the Award Notice;
