Conditional service level authorization definition

Conditional service level authorization means an enhanced service program authorization under which a service program may provide an advanced level of service from that routinely provided under the service program’s full authorization level, on an intermittent basis with department and medical director approval.

Related to Conditional service level authorization

  • Service Level Agreement or SLA means the processes, deliverables, key performance indicators and performance standards relating to the Services to be provided by the Service Provider;

  • Compliance schedule means a schedule designed to achieve compliance with limits, reduce pollutants in the effluent, improve the pretreatment system, etc. A permit compliance schedule does not relieve the permittee of its obligations to comply with applicable pretreatment standards and pretreatment requirements, including the prohibitions against pass through and interference. Such schedules are included in Part I of the permit.

  • Service Authorization means that Open Ecosystem Partner needs to meet specific qualification requirements for the products included in a “Service” Product Family that Open Ecosystem Partner wants to promote and offer Services for as set out in detail in the Open Ecosystem Program Guide.
