Conditional safety rating definition
Conditional safety rating means a motor carrier does not have adequate safety management controls in place to ensure compliance with the safety fitness standard, which could result in the inadequacies listed in Rule 012.03.a. through 012.03.k. of this rule. (7-1-93)
