Conditional Period definition

Conditional Period a period of 3 (Three) calendar months commencing from the date of this Agreement and expiring on a date corresponding to the date of this Agreement (or such longer period as the Parties may mutually agree upon in writing)
Conditional Period means a date falling 6 months from the date of the SPA, or such other date as may be agreed upon between the parties as the last date by which the Conditions Precedent must be fulfilled.

Examples of Conditional Period in a sentence

  • The position vacated by the unit member who transferred or promoted will not be considered a vacancy until the conclusion of the Conditional Period.

  • The Purchaser further acknowledges that if the Purchaser wishes to change or amend the floor plan as previously selected, the Purchaser must do so within the Conditional Period set out in Schedule “D”.

  • Clause 5 and Schedule 2 of this Agreement are conditional in each case upon satisfaction of the Relevant Readiness for Development Criteria in respect of the Relevant Initial Development Property within the Relevant Conditional Period.

  • If the Conditional Period is exercised then the other 18 candidates shall be offered the transfer, according to their 19 interview ranking score.

  • In the event the Company terminates this Agreement during the Conditional Period for any reason, the Company shall be under no obligation to pay the amount of the Conditional Monthly Fees owed to Consultant for the remainder of the Conditional Period.

  • Any further extensions shall be with mutual consent of both parties and subject to terms to be agreed upon which extension is to be confirmed in writing no later than fourteen (14) days prior to the expiry of the Extended Conditional Period.


More Definitions of Conditional Period

Conditional Period means the period between the date hereof and the earlier to occur of (i) the date on which the Class A Common Shares of the Purchaser become listed on the CSE and (ii) the date, if any, the Resolutory Condition is fulfilled, as set forth in Section 2.2(a);
Conditional Period means a period of eighteen (18) months commencing from the Execution Date and in the event the Conditions Precedent are not fulfilled within the aforesaid period, such period shall be automatically extended for a further period of six (6) months and may be extended for a further period as may be agreed in writing by the Parties, for the fulfillment of the Conditions Precedent;

Conditional Period means the period of six (6) months from the date of the SPA for the Condition(s) Precedent to be fulfilled.
