conditional occupancy certificate definition

conditional occupancy certificate means the permission or authorization in writing by the Building Official to allow the occupancy of a building, or part thereof, subject to conditions set out by the Building Official.

  • Occupancy Certificate means the occupancy certificate, or such certificate by whatever name called, issued by the competent authority permitting occupation of any building, as provided under local laws, which has provision for civic infrastructure such as water, sanitation and electricity.
