Occupancy Certificate means the occupancy certificate, or such certificate by whatever name called, issued by the competent authority permitting occupation of any building, as provided under local laws, which has provision for civic infrastructure such as water, sanitation and electricity.
Temporary Certificate of Occupancy means a certificate issued pursuant to subdivision (d) of section 7 of this local law.
Substantial Completion Certificate means the certificate issued and approved by the Authority indicating the date upon which the Trade Contractor Work (or a designated portion thereof) is Substantially Complete.
Ready for Occupancy means a mobile or manufactured home
Certificate of Occupancy means a document issued by the Town certifying that the building or structure, or portion thereof, complies with the approved construction documents that have been submitted to, and approved by the Town, and indicating that the building or structure, or portion thereof, is in a condition suitable for occupancy.
