Conditional Date definition
Conditional Date has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 3.02. ----------------
Conditional Date means the date which is set out in paragraph 7 of the Term Sheet to which this Schedule is attached.
Conditional Date means the date on which the License is if later the date on which the Bank Guarantee is granted in respect of which no notification is given pursuant to Clause 3.4
Examples of Conditional Date in a sentence
If the Purchaser does not notify the Vendor in writing on or before the Conditional Date, the Purchaser shall be deemed to have waived the foregoing condition and shall complete the transaction contemplated by this Agreement.
In the event the Vendor's Deliveries are not provided to the Purchaser within the time provided for herein, the Conditional Date shall be automatically extended by the number of days that elapse until the Vendor completes the Vendor's Deliveries.
The Purchaser shall have the right to terminate this Agreement by notice in writing to the Vendor on or before the Conditional Date if he is not satisfied with this transaction.
