The Plan Sponsor elects in its Adoption Agreement both its own predetermined decimal percentage of at least 1.00% of the Participant’s Compensation that will constitute its Plan Sponsor Contribution to each Participant’s Conditional Contribution Account and the minimum Participant Contribution percentage of Compensation a Participant must elect to earn the Conditional Contribution for each Contribution Period.
If the Conditional Contribution for one Fiscal Year is $50,000 or less, the Recipient shall provide an unaudited Year End Financial Report.
