Property Condition Report definition
Property Condition Report means a report prepared by a company satisfactory to Lender regarding the physical condition of the Property, satisfactory in form and substance to Lender in its sole discretion.
Property Condition Report means, with respect to each Individual Property, those certain reports listed on Schedule VII attached hereto and made a part hereof.
Property Condition Report means, individually and/or collectively, as the context may require, those certain property condition reports delivered to Lender by Borrower in connection with the origination of the Loan or otherwise obtained by Lender in connection with the origination of the Loan and delivered to Borrower prior to the Closing Date.

As requested by Administrative Agent, the Property Condition Report shall also include an assessment of the Projects’ tolerance for earthquake and seismic activity.
Borrowers or each Operator have all requisite Permits necessary to own, lease and operate the Projects and carry on its business, and, except as disclosed in the Zoning Report or Property Condition Report delivered to Administrative Agent prior to the Closing Date, the Projects are in compliance with all applicable Requirements of Law.

Property Condition Report has the meaning assigned in Schedule 2.1.
Property Condition Report means, collectively, those certain property condition reports for each Project prepared for the Administrative Agent and listed on Schedule 1.01(7) attached hereto. The Administrative Agent acknowledges receipt of copies of the foregoing Property Condition Reports.
