Condition Rating definition

Condition Rating is a technical assessment of the current relative state of repair of Rd. infrastructure items in the Rd. Maintenance Inventory.
Condition Rating means, for the purposes of Schedule 5 [OMR and End of Term], the Performance Measure ranging from 1 (Excellent Condition) to 5 (Very Poor) that is defined for each Structure Component and is calculated as per the BMIS Data Dictionary, which refers to it as the “Component BCI”.
Condition Rating means the numerical rating of from 0 to 9 applicable to the deck, superstructure, or substructure of a bridge determined in accordance with the criteria set forth in the Coding Guide.
