Condition of Recognition. As a condition for being recognized as the Lessor and entitlement to receiving rent, the Transferee must agree to all of the terms and conditions of this Lease agreement, must be eligible to receive and perform a Commonwealth contract, and must be in compliance with all applicable federal and Commonwealth laws.
