Concurrent Rights definition

Concurrent Rights means all rights of either of the Parties under Clauses
Concurrent Rights means the Authority’s rights and interests described in Sections 5.02, 7.08(D), 7.09, 7.10, 7.12, 8.02(b), 8.03, 8.04, 8.05, 9.01, and 9.15.

  • The rights and obligations set forth in this Section 4, including the Pass-Through Financing Rights and Obligations and the Operations Co Concurrent Rights and Obligations, and the rights and obligations of Operations Co under Section 2 are collectively referred to herein as the "Operations Co Financing Rights and Obligations".
