The rights and obligations set forth in this Section 4, including the Pass-Through Financing Rights and Obligations and the Operations Co Concurrent Rights and Obligations, and the rights and obligations of Operations Co under Section 2 are collectively referred to herein as the "Operations Co Financing Rights and Obligations".
By such assignment and delegation, the Trustee shall succeed to all the rights and the privileges and the duties and obligations of the Authority hereunder, except for the Concurrent Rights, which are held concurrently by both parties, and the Authority Reserved Rights and the Authority Reserved Duties.
