Concurrent User means an employee of Customer who has been designated as a user within a group of authorized users of the Software and accesses the Software at any given point in time, either directly or through an application.
Concurrent enrollment means the simultaneous enrollment of a qualified student in a district high school and in one or more postsecondary courses at an institution of higher education. Concurrent enrollment does not include a student’s simultaneous enrollment in: a district high school and in one or more secondary career and technical education courses, advanced placement courses, or international baccalaureate courses; an early college course and a postsecondary course; a p-tech school and a postsecondary course; or a district high school and a postsecondary course that does not fall within the definition of concurrent enrollment.
Concurrent Users means the number of users registered in the Software who are able to use the Software functionalities at the same time.

Par Call Date means March 15, 2029.
Initial Optional Termination Date The first Distribution Date on which the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans is equal to or less than 10% of the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans as of the Cut-off Date.
Run-out Period means a period after the close of a Plan Year or other period during which Participants in a flexible spending arrangement (FSA) may request reimbursement for expenses incurred during the Period of Coverage.
Election Date has the meaning specified in Section 312(h).
Carve-Out Trigger Notice means a written notice delivered by the Administrative Agent or the Required Lenders (which delivery may be made by any electronic method of transmission) to the Borrower and its counsel, the United States Trustee, and lead counsel to any Committee, which notice may be delivered following the occurrence and continuance of an Event of Default, and stating that the Post-Carve-Out Trigger Notice Cap has been invoked.
Equity Conditions Measuring Period means each day during the period beginning twenty (20) Trading Days prior to the applicable date of determination and ending on and including the applicable date of determination.
Proposal Due Date means the last date declared by Employer for online submission of the proposal;
Put Notice Date means the Trading Day, as set forth below, immediately following the day on which the Investor receives a Put Notice, however a Put Notice shall be deemed delivered on (a) the Trading Day it is received by facsimile or otherwise by the Investor if such notice is received prior to 9:00 am Eastern Time, or (b) the immediately succeeding Trading Day if it is received by facsimile or otherwise after 9:00 am Eastern Time on a Trading Day. No Put Notice may be deemed delivered on a day that is not a Trading Day.
Issuance Notice Date means any Trading Day during the Agency Period that an Issuance Notice is delivered pursuant to Section 3(b)(i).
Applicable Par Call Date means with respect to the (i) 2028 Notes, June 12, 2028, (ii) 2031 Notes, May 12, 2031, (iii) 2041 Notes, February 12, 2041, (iv) 2051 Notes, February 12, 2051 and (v) 2061 Notes, February 12, 2061.
Put Option Repayment Date means the settlement date for the Put Option pursuant to Clause 10.3 (Mandatory repurchase due to a Put Option Event).
Put Period shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5(a) hereof.
Election Period shall have the meaning set forth in Section 14.3(a).
Call Option Repayment Date means the settlement date for the Call Option determined by the Issuer pursuant to Clause 10.2 (Voluntary early redemption – Call Option), Clause 10.3(d) or a date agreed upon between the Bond Trustee and the Issuer in connection with such redemption of Bonds.
Election Deadline shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.3.
Deadline Date has the meaning set forth in Section 4.1(f).
Election Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 11.01(b).
Scheduled Black-Out Period means the period from and including the last day of a fiscal quarter of the Company to and including the business day after the day on which the Company publicly releases its earnings for such fiscal quarter.
First Repayment Date means, in relation to each Tranche (and subject to clause 6.3), the date falling three (3) months after the earlier of (a) the Drawdown Date of the Delivery Advance relevant to such Tranche and (b) the last day of the Drawdown Period for the Delivery Advance relevant to such Tranche;
Notice-triggering PI means the PI identified in CCC § 1798.29(e) whose 25 unauthorized access may trigger notification requirements under CCC § 1709.29. For purposes of this 26 provision, identity shall include, but not be limited to, name, identifying number, symbol, or other 27 identifying particular assigned to the individual, such as a finger or voice print, a photograph or a 28 biometric identifier. Notice-triggering PI includes PI in electronic, paper or any other medium.
Redemption Notice Date means, with respect to a Redemption, the date on which the Company sends the Redemption Notice for such Redemption pursuant to Section 4.03(F).
