Concourse D definition

Concourse D means generally the concourse at the Airport that is to be constructed by Airline pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, as the same may be changed, expanded or modified.

Examples of Concourse D in a sentence

  • A proposed Concourse D (of approximately 170,000 gross square feet) is to be constructed parallel to Concourse C and to accommodate up to 12 EMB 145 regional jets and up to 24 turbo-prop aircraft for the Continental Express, Inc., operation.

  • In addition, the Concourse D facilities leased to Airline will include nonexclusive use rights with respect to the building support facilities funded in part with the proceeds of the Bonds.

  • Concourse D: One (1) mobile unit (on wheels) location at the Mobile Lounge Dock near gate D15 (the Contractor will place its own mobile or permanent unit in this location).

  • The exterior finish of the new Concourse D shall be of a quality at least comparable to that of existing Concourses A, B and C.

  • Urban renewal area means a slum area or a blighted area or a combination thereof which the municipality designates as appropriate for an urban renewal project.

  • Shopping mall means an enclosed public walkway or hall area that serves to connect retail or professional establishments.

  • Urban renewal project means undertakings and activities of a municipality in an urban renewal area for the elimination and for the prevention of the development or spread of slums and blight, and may involve slum clearance and redevelopment in an urban renewal area, or rehabilitation or conservation in an urban renewal area, or any combination or part of them in accordance with an urban renewal plan. These undertakings and activities may include:

  • Cottage Sector Means a single dwelling that does not have a common facility for a multiple number of tenants.
