Tenant shall cause all work that is reasonably required in order to separate the Continuous Concourse Area from the balance of the Concourse Premises, if any, in a manner reasonably acceptable to Landlord and Tenant, to be performed at Tenant’s sole cost and expense, in compliance with all Applicable Laws, and with such work to be done pursuant to plans and specifications prepared by Tenant and approved by Landlord in Landlord’s reasonable discretion.
