Concessionaire Event of Default definition

Concessionaire Event of Default shall have the meaning assigned thereto in Article 14.2;

Concessionaire Event of Default shall have the meaning as set out under Article 15.1 (a).

Examples of Concessionaire Event of Default in a sentence

• Event of Default means the Concessionaire Event of Default or the Concessioning Authority Event of Default or both as the context may admit or require.

• It is clarified that this provision does not prejudice the rights of the Concessioning Authority upon a Concessionaire Event of Default as set out in Article 15 including the Concessioning Authority’s right to terminate this Agreement which shall remain unaffected.

• Event of Default shall mean either Concessionaire Event of Default or the Authority Event of Default or both as the context may admit or require.

More Definitions of Concessionaire Event of Default

Concessionaire Event of Default shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Article 6.1 (a). “Concessionaire's Proposal to Rectify” shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Article 6.2 (a)(ii). "Concessioning Authority Event of Default" shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Article 6.1 (b). "Concessioning Authority Proposal to Rectify" shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Article 6.2 (b)(ii).

Concessionaire Event of Default has the meaning given to it in Clause 13.1;

Concessionaire Event of Default shall have the meaning as set forth in Clause 31.1.1;

Concessionaire Event of Default means any of the following events arising out of any acts or omissions of the Concessionaire and which have not occurred as a consequence of any Authority Event of Default, a Qualifying Change in Law, a Fundamental Change in Law (define in definitions) or a Force Majeure Event and where the Concessionaire has failed to remedy the defects specified in the Remedial Action Notice:

Concessionaire Event of Default has the meaning given in Article 40.1. "Concessionaire Notice of Variation" has the meaning given in Article 35.2.1.

Concessionaire Event of Default shall have the meaning ascribed to in the Concession Agreement.

Concessionaire Event of Default has the meaning given to that term in Section 11.2.
