Concession Request definition

Concession Request means any request for deviation from the COMPANY requirements, either by the CONTRACTOR or SUPPLIER, usually after receiving the Contract package or Purchase Order. Often, it refers to a request for authorization to use, repair, recondition, reclaim, or release materials, components or equipment already in progress or completely manufactured but which does not meet or comply with ADNOC requirements. A Concession Request is subject to COMPANY approval.

  • If, in exceptional cases, products that do not meet the specifications have been manufactured for the Buyer, the Supplier must submit a deviation application and obtain a special release from the Buyer before delivery (see Download – Concession Request in the Buyer's supplier portal).

  • Upon the execution of this Agreement, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ agrees and binds itself to pay annual rental for the Leased Premises, as set in the Non-Exclusive Car Rental Concession Request for Proposals, in the amount of $2,000.00 per month, or $24,000.00.
