Concession operator definition

Concession operator. ’ means any entity appointed to operate on-site conces- sions at the Championship, including food and beverage concessions and merchandise concessions;
Concession operator means, in relation to a concession agreement, the person who has agreed to provide railway passenger services on the Merseyrail Electrics network under that agreement;
