  • Concessionaire hereby acknowledges and agrees to operate the Concession Locations as required which, if requested by City, may be twenty- four (24) hours per day seven (7) days per week, including all holidays.

  • Concessionaire’s obligation to and responsibility for Commons Areas shall begin to accrue upon delivery of the Concession Location(s) to Concessionaire.

  • Concessionaire shall transport inventory among Concession Locations and Storage Spaces in the same building at such times and by such routes stated in the Concessions Handbook.
