Concession Deed definition

Concession Deed means the deed made with effect from 20 October 1995 entitled "Concession Deed" and made between the Chargee, the Company, the Trustee and the Manager.
Concession Deed means the deed entitled “Agreement for the Melbourne City Link” made with effect as at and from 20 October 1995 between the State, the Company and the Trustee (and all exhibits to that deed). Corporations Act means the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth).

Registration Number The combination of numbers, letters, or numbers and letters on the Number Plate of your Nominated Vehicle, as assigned to that vehicle by the relevant registration authority (e.g. VicRoads).

  • Under each Relevant Deed, the State accepts the risk of Law to the extent that it prevents absolutely (regardless of the application of financial or technical resources) the doing of certain things described in Exhibit P to the Concession Deed.
