  • Not later than the Effective Time (or such later date as mutually agreed to by the Parties), Concentrix shall cause the trustee of the Concentrix 401(k) Plan to transfer from the trust that forms a part of the Concentrix 401(k) Plan to the trust that forms a part of the SYNNEX 401(k) Plan the account balances of any SYNNEX Employees under the Concentrix 401(k) Plan, determined as of the date of the transfer.
