If not already being sought prior to the execution of this Agreement, LLC shall, within 10 days of the execution of this Agreement, begin using its best reasonable efforts to obtain a notice of no review from the North Carolina CON Section.
Description Section means the section on page one of the Certificate describing the Company's operations and the
