ComRIS Account definition

ComRIS Account means the account of ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ opened through the ComRIS Participant in electronic system of ComRIS which , reflects the record of ownership and lien (if any) of Commodities including the details of commodities quantity, place of storage, transactions, transfers, validity certification and other parameters as may be prescribed by MCXCCL from time to time.
ComRIS Account means the electronic account of a Client opened and maintained in ComRIS reflecting the record of ownership and transactions of transfers in respect of commodity deposited in the accredited/ approved Warehouse and also showing the details of commodity, quantity, place of storage and validity certification and other details and parameters as may be prescribed or modified from time to time”;

Related to ComRIS Account

  • AAVS Account means the account to which your Automatic Add Value Service is linked, as defined or specified in the relevant Application Form or such other account as notified to us by the Financial Institution or by the AAVS Account Holder from time to time;

  • Surplus Account has the meaning assigned to it in Section 3.02(a).

  • Business Account means a dedicated deposit account opened at the financial institution selected by the single allocation platform in the name of the single allocation platform or at the discretion of the single allocation platform opened by the registered participant, but with the single allocation platform as the beneficiary of the dedicated cash deposit, which may be used for payments by the registered participant;

  • Collections Account has the meaning given to such term in Section 3.01(a) hereof.

  • Segregated Account means a client bank account as defined by and held in accordance with the Applicable Regulations.
