Computerized Trip Management System (CTMS). : means a system comprised of the following components: a networked software package for real time paratransit scheduling and dispatch, a file server, workstations, data communication equipment (routers, hubs, modems, adapter cards, cabling, etc.) and associated data (e.g., gis map, client, trip, destinations, etc.).’
