  • Such Accounts shall be treated as correct and binding upon you except for obvious errors or those of which you tell us within 15 days of the date of our sending such Accounts to you or of their publication though our Computerised Services.

  • Upon the withdrawal of the Computerised Services, you will immediately deliver to us all documents, equipment and copies of software supplied by us to you for use in connection with the Computerised Services.

  • You must take all necessary security measures to prevent any unauthorised person knowing such passwords, user number, test keys, access codes and security procedures or obtaining unauthorised access to our Computerised Services.
