Computer System Requirements definition
Computer System Requirements means the minimum hardware and software requirements necessary to use the Software, as provided in writing to the Customer.

You acknowledge and agree that the Computer System Requirements (as further defined in Schedule “A” hereto) are necessary to use the Application as described in the documentation, and that you must independently, at your own cost, purchase or appropriately acquire the Computer System Requirements.
