Computer Strategies shall continue to be entitled to enter the customer’s premises in accordance with clause 9.3 to check the use of the Intellectual Property by the Customer following the termination of the Services.

All information and data so acquired by Computer Strategies or the Customer their respective employees or agents shall remain the exclusive property of the Customer or Computer Strategies (as the case may be).
