Computer Rooms definition

Computer Rooms means the areas in Suites 300 and 400 containing Tenant’s computers and the Liebert cooling system for the computers (“Cooling System”), any back-up batteries for the computers, the computers themselves and any other equipment located within, functioning with or otherwise servicing the operation of the computers (“collectively the “Computer Related Equipment”). Tenant shall provide access to Landlord and its agents and cooperate with the installation of any such sub-meters.

Examples of Computer Rooms in a sentence

  • All units supplying supplemental climate control and HVAC services to the Labs, Computer Rooms, Data Rooms, IDF Rooms, and Phone Closets.

  • In IDF, Main Server Rooms, Computer Rooms, and other special areas, fire suppression units shall be supplied as part of "Work Included To Which Construction Contribution Is Applied".

  • Landlord specifically reserves the right to have the electrical usage of Tenant’s Computer Rooms separately sub-metered and the cost of the electrical usage shown by such separate meters shall be reimbursable to Landlord by Tenant at the cost to Landlord for supplying such electrical service, as Additional Rent.

  • Effective one (1) year date of ratification, the Employer will supply suitable clothing at all work stations where dirty conditions exist, such as Division or Data Records Room, Division Mail and Computer Rooms and the Corporate Office Print Shop.

  • Where access poses a risk to Tech Data security e.g. Computer Rooms, access will either be provided under supervision or monitored using CCTV.

  • Non-rated walls may penetrate the ceiling to a height of 6" above in Conference Rooms, Executive offices, Computer Rooms, and other support spaces needing additional sound attenuation or ceiling grid layout.

  • Private Restrooms, Kitchen, Lunchrooms and Computer Rooms Cleaning of these special areas is included as part of these specifications, insofar as the Owner's Agent is required to maintain such areas.

  • Computer network means the interconnection of hardwire or wireless communication lines with a computer through remote terminals, or a complex consisting of 2 or more interconnected computers.

  • Computer System means (1) computers with related peripheral components, including storage components, (2) systems and applications software, (3) terminal devices, (4) related communications networks or customer communication systems, and (5) related electronic funds transfer systems; by which data or monies are electronically collected, transmitted, processed, stored or retrieved.

  • Computer database or “database” means a collection of recorded information in a form capable of, and for the purpose of, being stored in, processed, and operated on by a computer. The term does not include computer software.

  • Computer Systems means all servers, computer hardware, networks, software databases, telecommunications systems, interfaces, applications and related systems of the Company or used by the Company and its contractors.

  • Computer equipment means Covered Property that is electronic computer or other data processing equipment, including peripherals used in conjunction with such equipment, and electronic media and records.
