Computer Reports definition

Computer Reports. Each Borrower irrevocably empowers Lender, after the occurrence of Default to have full access to and to have, at the Borrower's expense, printouts and all information maintained by their outside computer service company, if any, respecting any and all financial records now or hereafter maintained by the same for such Borrower's account.

Examples of Computer Reports in a sentence

  • Assessor shall prepare and electronically submit the Municipal Assessment Report (MAR), all TID Reports (TAR), all Exempt Computer Reports (ECR) by the 2nd Monday in June filing deadline, and the Annual Assessment Report (AAR) 30 days after the close of the annual Board of Review to the Wisconsin Department of Revenue (DOR) via the prescribed electronic submittal format listed on the DOR website.

  • SOS Reports means the official reports from the Secretaries of State of each Collateral State, Chief Executive Office State and the Borrower State and other applicable federal, state or local government offices identifying all current security interests filed in the Collateral and Liens of record as of the date of such report.

  • Computer data means any representation of facts, information or concepts in a form suitable for processing in a computer system, including a program suitable to cause a computer system to perform a function;

  • Computer database or “database” means a collection of recorded information in a form capable of, and for the purpose of, being stored in, processed, and operated on by a computer. The term does not include computer software.

  • Data Room Information means the information and documents listed in the index of documents contained in the Data Site attached to the Company Disclosure Letter;

  • Parent Reports has the meaning set forth in Section 4.5(a).
