Computer Know-how definition

Computer Know-how means all confidential information relating to the Company or the Client not at present in the public domain (including information contained in or arising from research, designs, flow charts, expressions, methodology, logic flows, specifications, drawings, manuals, lists and instructions in whatever form held) relating to computer hardware and software or that content including:
Computer Know-how means all information (including that comprised in or derived from data, discs, tapes, manuals, source codes, flow-charts and specifications) relating to the use or programming of any computer which is not intended by the persons in possession of the information for use by unauthorised persons and any computer software in whatever form held; and
Computer Know-how means all information (including that comprised in or derived from data, discs, tapes, manuals, source codes, flow charts and specifications) relating to the use or programming of any computer and any computer software in whatever form held;

Examples of Computer Know-how in a sentence

  • All Computer Know-how and Marketing Information used by each of the Group Companies is owned by it or is the subject of a valid grant of rights to the relevant Company (as the case may be) and is not subject to any restriction which materially and adversely affects the relevant Company's ability to use it for the purpose of its business.

Related to Computer Know-how

  • Licensor Know-How means any and all Know-How that (a) is Controlled by Licensor or any of its Affiliates as of the Effective Date or at any time thereafter during the Term and (b) pertains to the Manufacture, use or sale of Licensed Products, including Research Inventions (other than Research Patents).
