Computer Kiosks means furniture with a total of five (5) desktop computer units with individual liquid crystal display monitor, keyboard and mouse which are placed and/or installed on the furniture for passengers to access the internet without paying a fee at the designated location(s) of Departure Hall at MTR ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ Station.

  • Upon the expiry or early termination of the Term and if MTRCL so instructs, the Operator shall not remove all equipment in relation to the Services excluding the Computer Kiosks, and return to MTRCL the sites in like condition, as at the commencement of the Term (fair wear and tear, inherent and structural defects excepted).
