Computer Files definition

Computer Files means the files, documents and other materials relating to or used in connection with the Business, including, without limitation, any such files, documents or other materials on the Computers.
Computer Files means all computer or other electronic files used in the Business including the archived contact management data used exclusively by the Business (i.e., “Goldmine data”). Notwithstanding the foregoing, this definition shall not include, to the extent licensed by the Sellers or their Affiliates pursuant to a non-transferable Third-Party license agreement or which is not used exclusively or primarily by the Business, any (i) word processing, spreadsheet, presentation or database programs, (ii) operating systems or system of record (i.e., “Supreme”) used by the Business or (iii) other computer programs or systems used in connection with Business.

  • Such marking shall be in a form which can be readily deciphered by any Person reading such Computer Files.

  • To the extent the Computer Files include any trade secret or other confidential information of Client, Professional agrees to keep such information confidential.

  • Except to the extent required by the use(s) expressly set forth in the agreement, you may not alter, modify or adapt the Computer Files or any part thereof; or translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works of the Computer Files or any part thereof, or remove or modify any proprietary markings, certifications or restrictive legends physically or electronically placed on the Computer Files.

  • Computer Files Must Be Maintained To correctly select the person or crew for a train/job, the CMS computer must be using accurate and up-to-date information.

Related to Computer Files

  • Computer data means any representation of facts, information or concepts in a form suitable for processing in a computer system, including a program suitable to cause a computer system to perform a function;

  • Computer database or “database” means a collection of recorded information in a form capable of, and for the purpose of, being stored in, processed, and operated on by a computer. The term does not include computer software.

  • Computer Fraud means the unauthorized entry of data into, or the deletion or destruction of data in, or change of data elements or programs within, a Covered Computer System which:

  • Drug Master File or “DMF” is described in 21 C.F.R. Part 314.420. A DMF is a submission to the FDA that may be used to provide confidential detailed information about facilities, processes, or articles used in the manufacturing, processing, packaging, and storing of one or more human drugs.

  • Servicer File means, collectively, all documents, records and copies pertaining to a Mortgage Loan which are required to be included in the related Servicer File pursuant to Section 3 thereof.
