Computer Documentation definition

Computer Documentation means the technical documentation pertaining to the any software included in the Assets including, without limitation, any end-user manuals, product specifications, algorithms, diagrams, bug lists, and electronic machine readable versions of such manuals, product answer books and other related documentation and additionally any marketing or sales materials.
Computer Documentation means the technical documentation pertaining to the Safari Solutions Product Line including, without limitation, any end-user manuals, product specifications, algorithms, diagrams, bug lists, and electronic machine readable versions of such manuals, product answer books and other related documentation.

  • Consistent with 48 C.F.R. (FAR) 2.101 (October, 1995; December, 2001), 48 C.F.R. (FAR) 12.212 (October, 1995), 48 C.F.R. (FAR) 227.7202-1 to 227.7202-4 (June, 1995), and 48 C.F.R. (DFARS) 252.227-7013 (November, 1995), as applicable, the software and documentation are Commercial Computer Software and Commercial Computer Documentation that are being licensed to the U.S. Government (a) only as Commercial Items and (b) only with rights as customarily provided to other licensees.

  • Consistent with the above Commercial Computer Software and Commercial Computer Documentation are licensed to U.S. Government end users only as commercial items and only with those rights as are granted to all other end users under the terms and conditions set forth in this Software License Agreement.

Related to Computer Documentation

  • User Documentation means that documentation regarding the operation, guidelines and features and functionality of Clover Insights that is made available to you from time to time at the website, by internet link or otherwise. User Documentation may be modified from time to time by First Data or its third party provider(s).

  • Computer software documentation means owner's manuals, user's manuals, installation instructions, operating instructions, and other similar items, regardless of storage medium, that explain the capabilities of the computer software or provide instructions for using the software.

  • DMA Customer Documentation means the agreements (together with any applicable schedules, exhibits or appendices thereto required by BSEF) in form and substance acceptable to BSEF, that are required to be executed and delivered to BSEF before a DMA Customer may access the SEF Platform. Except as otherwise provided in these Rules, in the event of any conflict between these Rules and the DMA Customer Documentation, these Rules shall govern.

  • Software Documentation means software information, being technical information used, or useful in, or relating to the design, development, use or maintenance of any version of a software programme.

  • Related Documentation means, with respect to Software, all materials, documentation (including control documentation utilized in connection with an audit), specifications, technical manuals, user manuals, flow diagrams, file descriptions and other written information that describes the function and use of such Software, but excluding source code.
