  • It is expressly agreed that notwithstanding anything contained in this- Sublease, between July 15, 1996 and July 31, 1996, Subtenant shall have the right to occupy only the space marked "Proposed Computer Area" in the attached Exhibit A (and such reasonable adjacent ---------- space as Subtenant shall reasonably require) for the purposes of constructing a computer room, and shall not have the right to occupy the entire Subleased Premises until August 1, 1996.

  • Landlord agrees to deliver the Third Floor Space, Computer Area, Storage Space and Second Floor Space to Tenant on the dates set forth above in the condition contemplated pursuant to the immediately preceding sentence.

  • Pursuant to the provisions of the Sublease, NHP is required to deliver the Third Floor Space (excluding the Computer Area) to Tenant on December 1, 1997, and to deliver the Computer Area, the Storage Space and the Second Floor Space to Tenant on February 1, 1998.

  • Sublessor and Sublessee agree that Sublessor previously installed existing above-ceiling cables and wiring (the "Existing Cables and Wiring") which as of the Commencement Date connect computers and other equipment in the Subleased Premises with the computer room in the Remaining Space shown on Exhibit B (the "Computer Area").

  • Sublessee shall use the existing main entrance to the Leased Premises as its main entrance, but shall also have the right to use the existing rear entrance, in common with Sublessee, for access to the Computer Area (defined below) and for emergency purposes only.

Related to Computer Area

  • Computer data means any representation of facts, information or concepts in a form suitable for processing in a computer system, including a program suitable to cause a computer system to perform a function;

  • Computer database or “database” means a collection of recorded information in a form capable of, and for the purpose of, being stored in, processed, and operated on by a computer. The term does not include computer software.

  • Computer network means the interconnection of hardwire or wireless communication lines with a computer through remote terminals, or a complex consisting of 2 or more interconnected computers.

  • Computer System means (1) computers with related peripheral components, including storage components, (2) systems and applications software, (3) terminal devices, (4) related communications networks or customer communication systems, and (5) related electronic funds transfer systems; by which data or monies are electronically collected, transmitted, processed, stored or retrieved.

  • Computer equipment means Covered Property that is electronic computer or other data processing equipment, including peripherals used in conjunction with such equipment, and electronic media and records.
