If the Issuer elects to do so, then the relevant Compulsory Redemption Date as notified by the Issuer to the Investors will be taken to be the Maturity Date of the Units and Investors will receive a Final Value equal to the Issue Price per Unit and will also receive any accrued Coupons (or as otherwise specified in the relevant Term Sheet).
If the Term Sheet for Units classified as Credit Linked Transactions specifies that Compulsory Early Redemption is applicable, then, on each Compulsory Redemption Date, the Issuer, in its absolute discretion, may compulsorily redeem the Units.
