Compressor Equipment definition

Compressor Equipment means Compressor Units, engines, cooling units (and packages combining any of the foregoing), well monitoring assets, automated sand separation assets and other equipment and assets, together with any tangible components thereof, all related appliances, parts, accessories, appurtenances, accessions, additions, improvements and replacements thereto, all other equipment or components of any nature from time to time incorporated or installed therein and all substitutions for any of the foregoing.
Compressor Equipment means all of Borrower's compressor units which are in operable condition (as such term is generally understood in the industry).

  • Fuel burning equipment means any furnace, boiler, apparatus, stack and all associated equipment, used in the process of burning fuel.

  • Computer Equipment means Covered Property that is electronic computer or other data processing equipment, including peripherals used in conjunction with such equipment, and electronic media and records.

  • Plumbing system means water supply distribution and disposal piping on the premises, including appliances and equipment attached thereto, between their connection points to a public or private system.
