Compression Financial Statements definition
Compression Financial Statements means the audited balance sheets, and related audited statements of earnings and cash flows, as of and for the years ended March 31, 1995, 1996 and 1997, together with the unaudited balance sheet and the related unaudited statements of earnings and cash flows as of and for the six-month period ended September 30, 1997, all of which are attached hereto as Exhibit B.
