comprehensiveness definition

comprehensiveness of Japan’s welfare system means that it combines various types of assistance that can address multiple aspects of poverty in addition to living expenses. As mentioned above, Japanese welfare is a combination of cash benefits from livelihood assistance and, if necessary, housing and health care. Therefore, if someone living on the streets receives public assistance, housing assistance is also
comprehensiveness is driven by an in-depth understanding of application requirements. These requirements are linked to three general types of applications: 1) high-level, 2) risk-informed, and 3) advanced database applications. Extensive experience now exists with database applications to support PRA models for operating light water reactor (LWR) plants as well as for new reactor designs. Examples of applications include: • Loss-of-coolant-accident (LOCA) initiating event frequency estimation [8]. • Internal flooding PRA; e.g., derivation of internal flooding initiating event frequencies [9]. • High Energy Line Break (HELB) Analysis. Consideration of HELB in PRA includes estimation of Main Steam and Feedwater line break (MSLB and FWLB, respectively) initiating event frequency. HELB is also a consideration in internal flooding PRA to address potential scenarios involving FWLB and water entering into the Auxiliary Building. • Significance Determination Process (SDP) evaluations (also referred to as "accident precursor analysis") to determine the risk significance of pipe degradation or failure [10]. • Risk Informed Resolution of Generic Safety Issue (GSI) 191 [11, 12]. GSI-191 addresses debris accumulation in containment sump following a LOCA. • Risk-informed in-service inspection (RI-ISI) [13] and reliability and integrity management (RIM) [14]. • Evaluation of impact of active piping degradation mechanisms in the context of Generation Risk Assessment (GRA) [15]. • Design certification PSA of GenIII+ and GenIV nuclear power plant design concepts, including SMRs (integral Pressurized Water Reactors and non-LWR advanced reactor designs). These applications involve advanced and innovative database applications whereby the historical service experience data is specialized to account for the current state-of-knowledge with respect to degradation mitigation, new materials and improved inspection practices [16]. This experience has been synthesized into a set of guidelines for how to structure and perform a well-qualified piping reliability analysis. The guidelines identify pipe failure event database infrastructure considerations and the requirements on database integrity, nomenclature, damage and degradation knowledgebase, and high-level and supporting requirements for piping reliability analysis. Data specialization is an intrinsic aspect of all PSA oriented applications. This encompasses several specific analysis tasks such as review and assessment of applicability of industry-...
comprehensiveness means that all “insured services”, as defined by each province or territory, provided by physicians and hospitals must be covered by the public health insurance
