Comprehensive Design definition
Comprehensive Design means the undertaking design work and the preparation of Deliverables to a 100% level of completion of a construction plan and supporting tender documentation (drawings, directives, standards, specifications).

Architect/Engineer shall keep Owner advised of any delay, whether or not it constitutes an Excusable Delay, which may affect the Comprehensive Design Schedule or any scheduled date of completion.
The Architect/Engineer shall notify the Owner whenever the Architect/Engineer foresees a delay in the Comprehensive Design Schedule, and avoid or mitigate any such anticipated delay by accelerating its production schedule and increasing the number of personnel working on the Project.
