Comprehensive Design definition

Comprehensive Design means the undertaking design work and the preparation of Deliverables to a 100% level of completion of a construction plan and supporting tender documentation (drawings, directives, standards, specifications).

Examples of Comprehensive Design in a sentence

  • Architect/Engineer shall keep Owner advised of any delay, whether or not it constitutes an Excusable Delay, which may affect the Comprehensive Design Schedule or any scheduled date of completion.

  • The Architect/Engineer shall notify the Owner whenever the Architect/Engineer foresees a delay in the Comprehensive Design Schedule, and avoid or mitigate any such anticipated delay by accelerating its production schedule and increasing the number of personnel working on the Project.
