COMPOSTABLE BAG means a bag that 1) Meets the ASTM D6400 standard for compostable plastic and 2) is able to be municipally or industrially composted
COMPOSTABLE BAG means a certified bag approved by the designated officer for the collection and processing of organic waste in the city’s compost facility.
COMPOSTABLE BAG means either a paper or plastic bag that meets the American Society for Testing Materials Standard Specification for Compostable Plastics (D6400). Each plastic bag shall be labeled to reflect that it meets the standard.
